There was an error in the original shipment, the wrong color collar was sent. I emailed the seller and he responded almost immediately. They apologized for the mistake and are sending out the correct color collar for no additional fee. Also since it was their mistake, they are not insisting I send back the incorrect item. Fast shipping for embroidered collars, high quality and nice embroidery. Awesome customer support.

Super cute shirt, but was very small. I normally wear a large top. I ordered an XL and had to give it to my friend who wears a small! It fit her perfectly.

I ordered two phone cases, neither of which have black silicone bumper as pictured so I’m concerned about how well it’s protecting my phone. They’re both absolutely beautiful, but have a horrific burnt wood smell. I’m hoping it wears off eventually.

Never received. Just keep getting the run around. The item supposedly shipped, but I never got it nor did tracking update. Now they are telling me they don't have the color I wanted. I just want a refund. :( So disappointed.

I received my cutting board and my husbands name was spelled wrong and this cutting board is tiny!
