Love the quality and design but I ordered 2 sets of 2 and only received one from each set.very disappointing. Couldn’t even get a hold of anyone to replace the 2 I’m missing.

When I ordered this the customization I selected was the “Nielson” option with the name Mullins and the way it arrived was not as pictured in the option. The large letter behind the two names was not correct & my email has gone unanswered when I reached out to let them know about them error in hopes they would fix it since it was their mistake.

Very nice looking. Although some of the photos are a bit misleading as there are only 2 coasters per order.

Look good and very fast shipping for a personalized item!

I knew it would be smaller because I read the dimensions, that was no biggie. However I was pleasantly surprised how the quality exceeded my expectations, it’s a lovely combo of usefulness and beauty!!

Nice. Shipped in a reasonable time. Engraving not as deep in the wood as I would have liked. But they are nice!

**Update** the seller contacted me and sent a corrected item free of charge. Corrected item was sent VERY quickly. Updated rating from 2 stars to 4. Original: The letter behind the first names should be the first letter of the last name, as shown in the image. Instead, mine came with the first letter of their first names (for example, it was Bob and Betty Smith, so, it should have had an "S" behind "Bob & Betty" at the top and then "Smith" and then "established ....", but mine has a "B" behind "Bob & Betty"). Otherwise, I like it.

These are perfect! They look and feel so nice.

I was told I would get 2 engraved coasters, unfortunately I only received ONE coaster (singular). They were supposed to be a gift but I’m not sure how I can give that as a gift now. I also emailed the company and they have been unresponsive to my email, so far.

The product is beautiful and made well. I ordered and paid for 2 sets (4 coasters) and only received one set (2 coasters). I have emailed the seller and hopefully I receive a reply. The shipping was super fast especially for a personalized product and would easily be 5 Stars if I receive the rest of my order. EDIT: customer service was quick and sent out the remainder of my order. Very pleased.

What I received is not two toned as the picture shows. Also the engraving is not as dark. Still a decent little gift for the price but not what I expected.

It was done wrong and I sent an email to the seller and I have not heard any thing from them
