Qualtry was amazing in the customer service department. My lantern arrived with a broken pane of glass and they promptly sent another pane out. Very impressed!

10 days after my order was scheduled to ship I still did not have a shipping notification when trying to track the order. I emailed the seller twice with no responses. I would not recommend anyone else order this product. I still have not received it.
