This phone case smelled terrible when I got it. Like so bad I had to put it in a different room and wash the smell off my hands every time I held it. The chemical smell was really strong. I tried cleaning it off with a baby wipe and the stain came off. Finally the smell went away after a couple days, but it broke within the 1st day of using it. I’m disappointed, because it was a beautiful case.

Just as the company said, any excess plastic from the monogramming process on the towel comes right off in the wash. These towels are fluffy and the threads seem secure after washing. Happy customer!

When listing all the grandchildren's names I accidently left out a comma between two of the names, so I immediately emailed them so they would separate the 2 names...although it was a boy name and a girl name. Have yet to hear from them, but received my cover yesterday and the 2 names are side by side. so will not be able to use the cover at all.
