Love my pillow cover! I had so many compliment and/or ask where I purchased it. I’ve referred 5 people to the Qualtry web site!
Had a broken piece but they sent a glass replacement.
They are even more gorgeous in person and so soft!

The information said the board was customizable hence the request for first line, second line, etc. information. I included my first and second line and the board arrived with “the” as the first word. I guess these are customizable as long as it fits in their template? My purchase is a waste now as it makes no sense. I emailed the company 3 business days ago and they request 3-5 business days to respond. I’m hoping they do, amend my order, and I can adjust my review here. It shipped super fast and is good quality but I’d like the board the way I ordered it.
Love the pillow covers! Names look great. Haven’t got the pillow inserts yet though. My only issue is the color of the cover in the pic looks like a grayish color. What I actually received is more of a creamsih color. Not a deal breaker though.
