Super cool... fast delivery and super sharp:-) thrilled with them!
Set up was confusing and my finished product is ridiculously incorrect. I emailed seller twice with no response. I love Jane, but wildly disappointed with this purchase.

I’m so impressed with the great customer service I got from them. The initials that I submitted were in the wrong order. I emailed them about fixing it and they told me it was too late. However, they did make it super easy to replace. Great quality too.
Wasn't expecting it to be so small for the price I paid. Guess I should have read and made sure I knew what to expect, but wow! Would not order again for this price!
Ordered these on October 8. I have yet to receive the product or a reply from the company after numerous attempts. BUYER BEWARE!!
Im really disappointed in this product and the seller. I ordered 4 beanies 9/22. Several weeks later I still hadn't received anything. I reached out to the seller asking about the delay. I was told I wouldn't receive my order until November, that there had been a delay. I should have been notified of this instead of having to contact them myself. When my order finally arrived in November nearly 2 months after I ordered, the beanies are not in fact CC beanies as stated in the description and my order conformation! There is what appears to be an X or maybe what is supposed to be a snowflake on the leather piece where the CC should be. VERY disappointed. I paid for what I thought would have been a true product and in fact what I got was a fake.

The product was very cute. However, I would not support this company in the future. I realized I had made a mistake on one of the names and emailed them about it. They never responded and sent the item with the mistake a few days later. I emailed again and even weeks later, no reply from them. Terrible customer service.
