Love them! So cool. A little on the bigger side for my small hands. Gift to my mom, she loves them.
Didnt realize the size... not much bigger than a half sized planner. But great quality and very cute. !
I ordered this the first week of November and when it finally arrived, it was completely crushed. I emailed the company. They said they would send another one but it’s been a month and I still have not received it.

I cannot comment on the customer service as I did not need to reach out to them BUT I can say their product is awesome! Zipper is small but scrunch up a pillow and stick it in there... The printing I the case is good quality and will last! This is such a thoughtful gift! Once the shop brings the pillow back, I’m getting one for myself!! I love it!
