I can’t rate the product because I never got it. Zero response from the seller Qualtry. No Christmas stockings and Christmas is almost here. I did get an unsolicited promotional email from Qualtry so I know they got my emails and captured the address in their system.

Very disappointed with this company. Auto correct changed the spelling on one of the names. I contacted them immediately. They were not happy about doing it, but said for a "one time favor" they would send another one as they had already started on the first order. I did receive two pillows, but they were both wrong. I tried to contact them multiple times to try to discuss, but never got a response.

Turned out just as I expected and got here in plenty of time. I wish I would have ordered more.

Our case arrived with a name missing.They responded within 1-2 business days and quickly mailed the replacement. In addition to their service, the quality of the pillowcase and printing are excellent.

Definitely recommend. Was a perfect personalized gift for my grandmother. I cannot wait to give it to her. I misread the description and thought it came with a pillow, but otherwise perfect purchase.
