I have reached out twice since receiving the pillow cover as a gift that was incorrectly designed. Disappointed in lack of response and overall customer care.

Very good quality

I purchased this as a gift & when I opened it to put a pillow in, the top seam wasn't sewn right so there was a hole. I have tried contacting customer service 3 times & still have not heard a word. Very disappointed in that! The pillow cover itself is great quality & super cute! I was planning on ordering more until customer service became a problem.

Quality was just okay

Very cute. Only complaint is the has a very small loop so it wouldn’t hang on my mantle.

Gloves were cheaply made and the monogram was only on one glove. The second time I bought from the seller and was not happy with my purchase. Will not buy from them again.
