Loved the coaster. Didn’t get my entire order but contacted them and they straighten it all out right away! People make mistakes but correcting it and making it right is what counts! I will definitely be ordering more wedding gifts soon!

I received my item very quickly, however it was the wrong item, a 6” by 8” cutting board instead of an 11” by 14”. I contacted them to let them know about the mistake. I received my correct item, free of charge, 4 days after receiving the first one. I was very pleased in the quick response and customer service!

Was cracked, stain had leaked onto rubber and had a horrible odor.
