Mugs are very cute. We ordered for Mother’s Day for Grandmas. 1 of ours arrived broken but customer service responded immediately and is shipping a replacement.
Perfect addition to my master bedroom
I ordered two bags. One had an error in spelling that I tried to catch right after I placed my order (completely my fault). They responded within 24 hours but the bag I received still had the error. I contacted them and heard back immediately. The service was so polite and accommodating. They sent me a new bag quickly to correct my order.

The case is beautiful but it is the wrong size for my phone. I put in the right size so I’m not sure how that occurred. Also, since it was personalized I can’t return it.
