Got the item I ordered and unfortunately the glass was broke. After emailing back and forth and the date of the gift coming and going the company did issue me a full refund. Very responsive. Made everything right. Will try ordering with them in the future. The item was super cute, but during shipping the glass must have shattered.

The quality is so nice! The buckle is very heavy duty and the collar is nice and thick.
