We are sorry to hear that you did not find the board that you received to your liking. It was produced base on the personalization details you submitted when you placed your order. Upon checking, you did not submit it with any established date but with only two names.

All the text was written in reverse AND my personalized message was not included; instead it went with what was on the advertisement. won't be able to give as a christmas gift as planned

Turned out awesome! It was a gift and they loved it!
Very disappointed as this was supposed to be a gift, but the etching is really disappointing and so is the quality of the decanter. It’s was not the pattern that I had thought I ordered (Which was that in the picture). The lettering was about a 1/2” and is barely visible. There is noticeable scratches on the inside of the decanter. I was hoping it was dust and/or fuzz and washed the decanter, but the blemish remains. What makes it worse is that the scratch is in the front and is more noticeable than the etching. Not sure what I will do with this set as it is not "giftable."

I was looking for smaller personalized Santa bags and these are perfect. The names also came out great. My only complaint is that the text/graphic is not vibrant; the ink looks a bit faded. Still a cute product though.
