Love it! Exactly what I was looking for

Got the black mug. It isn’t a large mug so you’d use the middle option on a Keurig. Looks nice. There are no washing or microwave notes on the mug so I’d suggest NO microwave and hand wash. Mostly because it looks like the imprint is on there via decal. So it gets 4 stars. Still, it’s a cute sentiment and sweet gift. Delivery and packaging gets 5 stars.

Update!! The company contacted me and I asked for a replacement back. I received a whole new frame today and the back is perfect!!! Exactly what I wanted!! The front of the frame looks great, however the back of the frame has no hook to hold the back/picture in place. There is one at the bottom, but not the top, so the back just falls open. Also, the stand is too wide, so the frame basically lays down flat, not standing. It needs a ribbon or something to help it stand better. Not satisfied at all. This was supposed to be used as decoration for my son’s upcoming wedding.

The pillow cover itself was amazing great quality but I had requested it to have the est. year as 2007 and when I received it the year was 2017. I was terribly disappointed so I emailed the company to never get a response

I was so excited to get these tags for our new luggage... how can someone return our bags back to us if needed when there’s no state or zip code visible, now that’s just common sense. Even when it’s the same exact mailing address they’re being delivered to after ordering them?! I tired emailing this company with no response, I even gave them a week or so and waited for a response before I gave them a review. But, nothing in return. Very disappointing.
