They made a mistake in my personalization and I’ve emailed twice and haven’t heard back. I double checked my order and it’s correct so it was a mistake on their end. The product is good quality but I didn’t realize the names would start with lower case cursive and there was no option to change font. Starting a name in a lower case R or K reads funny and just doesn’t look right. Bummed on the lack of description. On the name personalization.

The small is VERY large still. Not the best for smaller dogs- our shih tzus are 10-11 lbs and these swallow them, even after adjusted. Also, the stitching was frayed and hanging off in a lot of places. Overall, still great of for the price.

Got the black mug. It isn’t a large mug so you’d use the middle option on a Keurig. Looks nice. There are no washing or microwave notes on the mug so I’d suggest NO microwave and hand wash. Mostly because it looks like the imprint is on there via decal. So it gets 4 stars. Still, it’s a cute sentiment and sweet gift. Delivery and packaging gets 5 stars.
