Personalized pillows arrived quickly and 2 were incorrect. I emailed Qualtry's customer service and they responded within a day. The CSR told me he'd already sent out 2 replacement pillows. Impressive customer service!

The hand-sewed portion of the pillow case came un-sewed as I was inserting the pillow form. Also, the dye on the bottom portion of the pillow case is uneven and discolored. As this was intended for a gift, there is no time for a replacement to be mailed. The print is cute though, and there were no typos.

Fits TTS , love the color of the shirt a d grapgic is awesome BUT the top itself is on the thinner side and the arm holes are SO low that I have to layer it with another tank or risk major "side-boob" status.
