If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered on November 3, item description says it will ship out no later than November 16. On December 5th I emailed to question where my ornament is. It is now December 10, I have yet to receive a reply & I have no item in hand.

Not sure. Still have not gotten it with very minimal response from seller. It’s been a month.

I don't even want to give this 1 star. Worst experience ever. Item was supposed to ship by 11/22 it has yet to ship and seller isn't making good on the purchase. Was supposed to have this for a retiring event last weekend and still don't have it. Worst experience ever as my children were very upset with not getting their papa his gift. Had to purchase something else and have yet to be contacted about a refund. Angry angry customer

Wish the font was a little larger, we only had 4 names and the spacing between the words is a little to much. Otherwise, beautifully done.

I have reached out to the seller several times because I ordered this in October and in December I still have not received it! No response from the seller!

Two pieces of glass from the corners cams chipped. I contracted the seller about it a few days ago but never heard anything back yet.

I ordered this lantern for a gift. While it was very pretty. It arrived broken. The lantern was packaged in a perfectly fitting brown box. But there was only a little brown paper inside. There was nothing to support the glass to prevent it from breaking. I contacted the seller 4-5 days ago for a return or replacement. So far I haven’t had a single response.

Ornament turned out cute

I ordered 2 of these shirts in early November. They are Xmas shirts so I would like before Xmas. I’m not sure if they will get here in time! What a waste!
