never got product, and seller won't reply

I never received my product. I tried contacting the seller and for nothing back. Have not received my money back either. DO NOT ORDER!! Scam!!!!

I still have not received my order and it shows shipped MAY 18th!! No updates to the tracking I contacted the seller multiple times this was ordered in April for an anniversary present June 1st and it still isn’t here and it’s the 9th of June. The seller has done nothing to replace/re-ship to make this right I believe it has to be lost!

Still a month and have yet to receive it. I’ve order from other companies and gotten my items why is this one an issue? And my tracking number hasn’t moved since May 22nd

Similar to other reviews that I am now reading. I also ordered in late April and never received a product despite showing that a shipping label was created May 19th. I have emailed twice with no response
