I ordered two of these. One as a wedding gift and both cane damaged. There were little shards of glass that went everywhere when I pulled the lanterns out. The damage appears to be in the corners of the glass so they are still usable but not safe. Additionally, the design isn’t nearly as bold it appears to be made with a Cricut vinyl and very hard to read. The one for the wedding gift, is off center. But they took so long to get that I can’t get a new one. Very disappointed.

It's cute and I would totally recommend if I actually got what I paid for The description said set of 2 hot pads and I only received one I contacted the seller and I was given the runaround I gave 2 stars because the single hot pad that I received is cute and good quality but I would not order again due to my order not matching the description and bad customer service

I had a slight problem with my mug (a name spelled wrong, not by me). I contacted the company and they immediately responded. I received my new mug two days after first contacting them. I love it! It turned out perfect!

The cloth/ fabric for the bag is kinda thin and rough but not bad for the price I guess.

This is pretty much exactly what I was expecting. Definitely on the smaller size and the front is plastic, not glass(both of those are my fault for not reading full explanation-I'm sure those details are probably in there somewhere). But it actually is better that it turned out that way, because I have to repack and ship it as a gift, so I think it'll be easier to pack and not be damaged during shipping since I don't have to worry about glass. Super cute, I think my family members will love it!
