Shipping packaging was perfect for this product! I love how mine turned out! I will be ordering more for gifts!

The lantern was very nice. My only concern was that my box and the lantern had several pieces of glass in it. The lantern did not appear to be broken so I'm not sure where the glass came from but when I opened the box it fell out onto my floor which was a mess to clean up.

Super cute I purchased 2 for my mantel one white. Look was more expensive. One glass did come damaged but the company is very responsive about sending me a replacement

Received the lantern with one side glass pane cracked. Very disappointed as it is a gift for a housewarming this weekend. Sent email with picture to manufacturer. Awaiting response.

Looks nothing like the picture. Carvings aren't darkened in, so you can barely tell anything is there. I am getting a refund.

They put the wrong letter on my cutting board and I double checked to make sure it wasn’t my fault and it wasn’t. I typed it in correctly. I emailed and so far no one has written me back. I’d like it fixed because it’s a gift for my mother in law. Other than that everything else is perfect on the cutting board. Can someone please contact me.

It is smaller than I was expecting, but that's not the reason for the low rating. The words are barley noticeable. They are not as dark as shown in the pictures, so the words almost blend in with the cutting board.
