I was so excited to see these on Jane! I ordered 4 pillow cases. The order was supposed to ship by September 14. I did not receive any shipping information by that day. So I gave it a week, and contacted the seller. Come to find out, my order had to be "reprinted" and 1 of the pillow cases had 14 names, which was too many, even though it was advertised to hold up to 15. So that was fine. I canceled that part of the order. This company, Qualtry, told Jane.com that it didnt matter which of the below pillow cases was refunded. Sp they picked a random one to refund that only had five names. Now today is October 5. I FINALLY received my order. Or so I thought. I have 2 pillow cases in this envelope. Neither are the one with the 14 names, or the one Jane.com refunded for. Contacted the company again. Waiting to hear back. In the mean time, do not recommend. Disappointed and sad. I was so excited.

The lantern arrived just as ordered, the seller packaged the product extremely good since this is a very fragile product. Even with the great packaging on the sellers part, it arrived to me with a broken pane of glass. I was really upset to see it had cracked during shipping. I've contacted the seller and I'm awaiting a response. It was supposed to be a wedding gift but I can no longer gift it due to it being broken.

Had a small chip in the corner in 2 places. Not noticeable luckily and was packaged very well so not sure how it happened
