Before submitting my order I double & triple checked everything to make sure all my baby's stats were accurate & everything was spelled correctly I submitted my order and then had to wait a few weeks because this is a custom order. I received my package only to find they had misspelled my daughter's middle name Ugh! I reached out to the company and had to prove it was their mistake & not mine They're sending me a replacement, which is good, and did not require me to send the wrong one back.
