The hat arrived with all the paper still on the back of the monogram which I had to remove myself & the clear paper was still on the top of the monogram as well which I had to remove as well Contacted seller Waiting on a response Very poorly done !!! Hat was very light weight as well

Beautiful hat! My only issue would be that in the picture the hat looks red. Its called rose, which makes me think red. Its actually more of a reddish pink color- maybe more fushia. Still pretty but I kinda wanted red for Christmas.

They turned out perfect got them for all my nieces and granddaughters for a Christmas present.

I received only one hot plate suppose to be 2. The one I received has no initial in the middle of the hotplate. Have contacted the seller hoping to get this resolved.

Monogram is crooked :(

I ordered 3 of these beanies. The one with the round monogram looks great, but the 2 with the curly script monograms don’t. The letters are not evenly spaced. Some are too far from each other and others are touching. Overall, I like them, but I wish the monograms were better. Maybe just don’t order the curly script monograms.

The description clearly states set of 2. I only received 1.

Had to peel plastic off the letters!

There was film left on the lettering. Also on one of the beanies, the stitching is not full. I can see white in the hot pink stitching.

I'm happy with this product, only wish the font was a little darker Not really a complaint though!

Looks nice but the cap doesn’t appear to be of high quality and the stitching has a clear film that I have to pick out of the letters. Great price tho.

Love it! Looks great on coffee table with led candle.

Stitching is perfect however, the knitting is thin meaning this will not be as warm as you think. I do think the colors are vibrant, seller shipped quickly and will definitely order other items from them again.
