This item is beautiful. I only gave it a 4 because one of the glass inserts had two scratch marks on the bottom.
Perfect addition to our decor and perfect for our little boy.
Just printed on. Not the greatest quality.
I received this and it had some kind of substance and plastic all over the monogram. I tried Removing it, some came off and some will not. Reached out to customer service. Was told to try to remove it with tweezers. I explained that I had And some of it would not come off and send three different pics of it. Still haven’t gotten a reply back. Not to mention the quality isn’t great either.

Ordered 10/11/20. Never received Emailed seller, they immediately printed out a "new" shipping label, but that was on 10/30, and it still has not shipped .. used Covid as an excuse for slow production time. Really???

The hat is cute but the quality of the monogram was poor. It was plastic. I’ve never seen a plastic monogram before!
