I have contacted the seller, but have not heard back Two of the names were listed side by side, rather than one above the other I am waiting for a response regarding if I should return or just pay for a new one Other than that, the quality is amazing and this is the second one I have ordered They make great gifts

More sturdy than pictured
There is so plastic or something in between the letters . I know it's something for the monogram but it looks a bit sloppy. Otherwise it's cute and I wish I'd purchased one for me and my daughter.
Absolutely perfect, I love this pillow cover so much and wasn't hard to find a pillow to fit inside. Definitely worth the purchase!
We ordered 3 of these monogrammed adult beanies. Although the monogram looked nice, the hats were all 3 different sizes. I'm 5ft tall and one of them I had to squeeze onto my head...no way that they are all adult sizes. These are gifts too, so very disappointing.

The pillow was personalized with a marker, very disappointed. Looks nothing like the picture

Pillow cases I ordered look great and the shipping was very quick!!!! Very happy with my purchases.
I was so excited to receive my pillow case until I unpacked it and saw tiny little bugs on it. I saw a BUNCH of specs all over it and didn’t even hold it long enough to dissect the whole thing but my husband was like “if this thing has bed bugs throw it out now!” So this sucks and now I’m asked out of a pillow case and my money.

They do not seem to be the best of quality. The monogramming was not straight & the backing showed through

Love, love, LOVE how these turned out! I can see the engravings perfectly, everything is spelled correctly, it's sturdy enough to actually use, and makes for a great kitchen decoration. Can't wait to give these as Christmas gifts.
This was a great purchase! Unfortunately I accidentally ordered two, both personalized for a friend. 🤦🏻♀️ It will make for a good conversation piece having one at our house and one at theirs. 😉 It's very nice quality, and a nice personalized gift.

Material is very thin, embroidery still has plastic around the lettering, and thread sticking out. Looks very cheaply made.
