I received the incorrect product and after reaching out to them, they did nothing to correct the issue. I was told “we will forward your email to the experience department”. My order was very clear as to what I wanted, design wise, and I still received the incorrect one. I would not recommend.

Have not received it Getting kind of concerned

I ordered this item over a month ago. I received it 3 weeks ago, with my customization misspelled. I wrote a pleasant email to the seller, with photos, asking for a reprinted item, and asking what they would like me to do with the original. They apologized, said to keep the original and donate it or dispose of it, and they would send me a correct one - perfect. I have now been waiting 3 weeks for the replacement. I sent 2 follow-up emails, and still have not been told when I will receive my replacement, just that they are busy. I have been patient, but a mistake on their part should have been taken care of when they were made aware, and 21 days after that I still have no gift to give someone for their birthday, which was 2 weeks ago. I have been in retail e-commerce for -0 years, so it takes a lot for me to leave negative reviews about customer service, as I know how it is from the other side of the email/phone. I am very disappointed with this lack of customer service, and lack of an order that I received misprinted almost a month ago.

Disappointed. I ordered my item early December and never received it. I tried to contact the seller and did not receive a response.

Ordered this product on Nov. 16 As of Dec. 10, still no package or follow-up on status of product. Reached out to inquire about the item, company stated, "It appears your order has been shipped out timely on 11/19 and had been picked up by the courier. But it looks like it got stuck at one of the urban hubs, and/or the label has not been scanned again by the receiving party. Hence, tracking movement is not updated." After this, they stated the product could not be made in a timely manner to receive by Christmas so, I requested and was given a refund. I found it very frustrating that no effort was made by the company to make the situation right, nor did they take any responsibility for the lost item. I'm not sure if it was ever made or actually lost because no tracking number was ever produced from "said hub". I understand things happen once they leave your hands, but customer service could have been handled a lot better, considering the product was ordered well in advance. Order with caution!

Printing of name is very small and not in proportion with rest of printing

These are cute but I will the custom embossing was darker. Some of the letters are very light and hard to see.

Liked it but it had a horrible “smoke” smell to it. Still giving it as a gift and rubbed it with Rosemary oil to get the smell to be less. Also wasn’t packaged very carefully. Lucky it didn’t break.

The wood was a little lighter than pictured, and the wording is harder to see. It's still cute though.

Has a VERY strong odor. Maybe vinegar or something? I am hoping it airs out by the time I need to mail it for a Christmas present.

Lettering was very light and difficult to see. Made several unsuccessful attempts to contact the seller. Most likely will not purchase from American Laser Crafts again.
