I ordered ornaments for family Christmas party and didn't hear anything for weeks and when I emailed support questioning about shipment of items they inform me the item is out of stock

These are super cute, but they took about a month to arrive. In fact, because the package is so small my shipment was actually lost and rerouted from my local post office to another state and then back again... so if you order now do not anticipate arrival before Christmas :-(
