Very disappointed. I bought this as a Christmas gift and the last name has a red line sewn from the name. I cannot contact the seller as it is blocked on the option. Would have liked the opportunity to show the issue and get a replacement!

Personalizable Laser Engraved Christmas 2020 Ornaments

This product was advertised as a Christmas Ornament and I ordered several for family members. When I inquired when would I receive it, I was informed that they had ran out of supplies and that they wouldn't be able to ship it in time for Christmas. Why advertise an ornament for Christmas when you can't get it to the buyer by Christmas? I did receive a prompt refund to my paypal account but was very dissappointed.
