This is my 4th or 5th time purchasing these for gifts! Love!!
My custom pillow came with only 3 of the 4 names that I ordered. I've emailed the company with no response.
Loved the bag, way bigger then I was expecting.
Obsessed! Love these pillow cases. Beautiful quality. .Arrived way ahead of expected date.
I didn't realize that if the name is longer it would be squeezed into the space. So everything must be preprinted but the personalization. So the four letter last name looks way better than the 8 letter last name. Just wish a different font was used on longer names to look better?

LOVE IT! I ordered another one as a Christmas gift
I received the incorrect product and after reaching out to them, they did nothing to correct the issue. I was told “we will forward your email to the experience department”. My order was very clear as to what I wanted, design wise, and I still received the incorrect one. I would not recommend.
