I ordered this item over a month ago. I received it 3 weeks ago, with my customization misspelled. I wrote a pleasant email to the seller, with photos, asking for a reprinted item, and asking what they would like me to do with the original. They apologized, said to keep the original and donate it or dispose of it, and they would send me a correct one - perfect. I have now been waiting 3 weeks for the replacement. I sent 2 follow-up emails, and still have not been told when I will receive my replacement, just that they are busy. I have been patient, but a mistake on their part should have been taken care of when they were made aware, and 21 days after that I still have no gift to give someone for their birthday, which was 2 weeks ago. I have been in retail e-commerce for -0 years, so it takes a lot for me to leave negative reviews about customer service, as I know how it is from the other side of the email/phone. I am very disappointed with this lack of customer service, and lack of an order that I received misprinted almost a month ago.

Came as pictured. Great quality. Smell was overwhelming out of the bag but has dissipated.

I received the cover just now, a couple of weeks before Christmas and a name is missing that I requested , it was on the packing list. Sent a message a couple of days ago and still have not heard back from the seller.

Purchased as a gift for my sister and she loves it!

The bag it self is ok but the initials are super small and not at all what the picture shows!

So excited...ordered this for my brother's special pet. Looks even better than the website picture

Super cute design but the image was not centered AT ALL. Could have done better.

I don't recommend this company! I ordered 3 pillow covers and only received 2! The 2 I did receive are great But I have contacted them 4 times now, also Jane once with no response Best of luck dealing with their customer service!
