Item did not look like picture on website. Names were small and I am very disappointed with the product.

It looks really cheap. If it didnt have her initials on it, I would reconsider gifting it to her. Now I need to go find something else to make it look better somehow. And it cost more than the original item I was wanting to get.

If I could, I would give no stars. Not recommended. I ordered this item as a gift 2 weeks before the actual date of the wedding. It arrived the week of the wedding and it was damaged. I immediately emailed customer support and was offered a replacement. However, I was told I would have to "get back in line" and wait for a completely new order to be processed. I figured I would wait for the replacement in hopes they would try and ship the item out sooner than later. That wasn't the case at all. Instead, I kept having to follow up with them and almost a whole month later, I'm being told the item was lost with the USPS. I have now been refunded and am completely dissappointed in this company. Won't be ordering from them again!

The print on the pillow was wrong. I asked for a heart at the end and they put a question mark.

This looks so nice. It did arrive quickly. It had a bend in the base we were able to fix. It wasn’t packaged well and the box arrived dented.

The kids names are on same line...would've looked much better if it were each line and text was smaller

My order was completely wrong. The pillows look nothing like the pictures shown above. I ordered four pillows and two different types of print and got neither that I asked for...

Ordered Nov 24th. Status shows "processing" but has a tracking number. Tracking number says it has been in "pre-shipment since Nov 30th.

The pillowcases are not 18x18 and they are a beige/brown and not white. Will not match my daughters’ room. It’s also a very rough fabric, like a furniture covering fabric that my daughter’s sensitive skin won’t tolerate well. Not for children with sensitive skin.
