One of the names I needed on the pillow was Zoë, spelled with dots over the e. The spelling appeared correct even after I ordered the case, but upon receiving it, the e was replaced with a ?. I’m guessing there’s a system in place that automatically didn’t recognize the special e... but can nobody look at that and see the error? Or reach out to me before printing? Now I’m having to forget this and buy an alternate Christmas gift

After waiting a long time for the product I received the wrong one! Not the style I ordered and had someone else’s name on it! I don’t have a problem with the quality of the box but the supplies inside don’t look like they’re great quality. But about what I expected.

Literally looks like someone used a Sharpie and wrote the names on the cover. Terrible.
Turned out better than expected
I put the name and then didn't realize that my finger slipped and added a few extra symbols to the name. Totally my fault and I should've double checked but the seller never asked to make sure that's what I intended. It's clear that it was a mistake on my end but I'm not going to use it. I'll just get another one at another time. I'm just surprised the seller never contacted me to be clear. Lovely mat though.
Bc I ordered it November 25th, email said should of be here December 9th & here we December 17th & nothing. This is a Christmas gift if it doesn’t get here by Christmas it is of no use to me. So disappointed
