These are so nice..bought alot of my family members one for Christmas. They loved them.

Ordered in December 1st. Was told it shipped on the 14th. It’s now the 29th and I’ve still not received it.

Ordered this item for Christmas but unable to receive in a timely manner. Due to the holiday rush, it took longer than expected. However, I am very pleased with the product. It is exactly what I was looking for. The wood case is sturdy and my daughter loves the art supplies. Brought smiles. I personally love the customized lettering of my daughter’s name. More so, the customer service is outstanding. I relayed the issue when the cutoff delivery date was met and they acted cordially and generous and I truly appreciate that.

This was not even expected to ship out until after Christmas (which was my fault for ordering so late) so I had already told them their presents would be late but they got it done and it was delivered to me on Christmas Eve! They also look like I paid more for them than I did. Very pleased
