arrived sooner than expected. gift to my sister - with her grandkids listed. she loved it!

Quality was okay... the print was off center and it did not come with anything to hang the ornament.

Reading the reviews about this company, I was very hesitant to order as many had received the mug, but not the accompanying markers. I should have listened to my gut as I too did not receive the markers. The mug itself is great and just as described. I reached out to Qualtry regarding the markers. They quickly replied they would ship them to me. 2 Weeks later I still had not recieved the markers, which I thought was odd as I had received the mug within a week. I reached out again to Qualtry. I finally had to reach out to Jane.com as the company had quit responding. Jane.com was great at refunding my money. Qualtry was great at shipping the origninal product quickly, but have a problem with follow through. If you buy the mug, dont expect to receive the accompanying markers.
