One of the names was misspelled. It is an unusual spelling (Alexus instead of Alexis). I imagine it was auto corrected at the factory.mI am certain I checked the spelling before submitting my order. I called and was told I would be refunded and could reorder. I have one of these and love it but am afraid the same thing will happen. Any suggestions?

I was very excited to finally find cute color options for a personalize dog collar, however after waiting weeks(longer than I have ever waited for anything from Jane), I received a collar with crooked stitching, lots of frayed thread sticking out, and just an overall messy appearance. Not the quality of work I expect to receive from anyone working with Jane.

Very cute! However be careful washing. I washed it and the lettering faded. Still looks good, just lighter.

I have not received this item, even though it was marked “shipped” two weeks ago. There is no tracking information available. I contacted the company and they responded by saying there must be production problems. I have heard nothing since.

Pillow material is sturdy and names are beautiful

My dog is always loosing her dog charm and running off to the neighbor. This collar fixed all these issues! Lots of color combos!
