Item I received was broken. Contacted seller and haven’t heard back.

Spoons were nice but completely wrong lettering! Returned, no response as of this date!

I am giving this review 1 star due to the fact that this company took my email information and spammed me with their promotional emails. I never signed up for this. I did reach out to Jane and they apologized and told me that they do not allow this from their sellers. As far as the product it was great and arrived in a timely manner. Just beware if you purchase from this seller they will take your information and spam you. :(

Disappointed. I thought the listing would automatically add the ‘s onto the last name I ordered for.

I was sent the wrong order with another couple’s name and date personalized on it... have not heard from seller to refund or fix

The quality is beautiful. However they misspelled the word kitchen. Ordered this for my mother for Mother’s Day. I had to give her a spoon that said “Loretta’s kiitchen.” I didn’t realize it until she opened the gift. I just trusted that it would be spelled correctly lol. My wondering is how did it get shipped without anyone at the company noticing this? Other than this, the product was great and lovely. :(

The advertisement was miss leading but the spoon is pretty. I emailed the company and still no response. The fine print and the description all says spoonS plural but you one get 1 spoon. I wouldn’t have ordered just 1 spoon had I know I would have ordered more or just not gotten any at all

Error on my personalized spoon. Customer service was good and sent a fixed spoon.

My bride loved her wooden spoon. Wish the last name would of been added as I had requested too though.

I love the item I got! And they’ll love it as part of their wedding gift from me. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the engraved part on the spoon where the date is written is off center. :(
