UPDATE: Customer Sevice sent me the missing ceramic markers, so I changed my rating. I really appreciate the response from them. I am disappointed that I am still waiting for the (included) markers for the 2 mugs I received weeks ago. I will update my review if it is remedied, but without the markers, a total bust.
