Disappointed with sz and quality of board but more importantly - the personalization is faint and hard to read. Not the dark contrast shown in pictures.

They got the date wrong on my item which was a Christmas present to my mother

I ordered this December 12 it was supposed to be here by the 21st for Christmas still haven’t gotten it and nobody will respond to my emails

Ordered on Dec 9, no response from Company showed processing, after two weeks or shipping info. Finally updated on Dec 22, saying shipped. Did not arrive in time for Christmas. Disappointed. Item still has not arrived. This is not the first bad experience I've had with Qualtry.

Sadly, my order arrived completely shattered. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. Ordered it at the beginning of December, it came Christmas Eve completely broken because it wasn't packed well for shipping. I emailed the seller and still waiting to hear back. Hoping I can update this review when I receive a replacement.

Smaller than I expected and very slow shipping. Once I received the board, I thought it was just okay. Like I mentioned, it was smaller than I envisioned. It was a gift, and I really didn’t want to give it to my friend. However, she seemed to like it.

Great gift for my neice
