My teenager loves it and says it’s so comfy

Cute and comfy for the short time I was able to wear the skirt. The stitching and elastic broke in multiple place during my first use. I was lucky enough to get home right about the time it just slid off. I washed as directed on tag, Therefore, I’d say quality is the reason I would not recommend.
