It does snag easily.

I bought a small in black. I'm 5'3" with a 28" waist. The length stops directly above my ankle and the elastic is comfortable around the waist. Finally, no hemming needed! Personally, the material is better to wear in late spring, early fall, and cooler summer days/nights. I will be purchasing another color if it becomes available again.

Very trendy and cute. The only thing about this item is that the material is thin and you can see your undergarment.
