Nice looking but limited arm mobility and material isn’t soft

I'm 5'8, 130lbs...I ordered a Medium, the torso fit good, the sleeves however were 2 inches too short. I washed it and did not dry it because I thought it would shrink in the dryer...well it shrunk anyway in the wash.
