So I tried to exchange these. I accidentally ordered the wrong style. The seller was really good at replying when I asked if I could exchange them. I mailed them back, have not yet received the exchange. I’ve emailed them about it, they said they’d look into it. It’s been about a month, and I still don’t have the shoes.

I love the look of this, but there is zero support in it.

Product was never received. Had to email company Prestige, for explanation, but they did not provide any information. Gave them two opportunities to make it right before I left a review. Very disappointed I did not even get to try these. Based on customer service and efficiency I would recommend Jane.com either drop this vendor or establish ways they could be improved.
