Ordered November 17th and as of December 11th they have not arrived. I would rather have PAID for shipping and have had them for the entire month of December. I will update my review after they are received but at this time I would not buy from this seller again.

Ordered item November 17. Order said it would ship by December 2 or 3. When I had not seen any shipping info I contacted seller who told me it would be arriving soon. Did not ship until after she emailed me in December 8. Has not arrived and current shipping says it’s in North Carolina and I am in Nebraska. Will order from them again.

Seller had ridiculous SLOW shipping! I will never order again. Emailed to cancel order and no response. Ordered November 17 and was supposed to ship BY Dec 3. Did not even ship until Dec 11! Absolutely ridiculous!

Took forever to ship, then broke while my dog had it on in a public place, which could have been a disaster with my dog running loose with no collar. Very cute pattern, but should hold up longer than 4 days.

Ordered back in November and finally received my collars Dec. 15. Was given the run around on when the item truly shipped. The collars themselves are great, but was very unhappy with the customer service and the info that I was given.

Horrible customer service: These collars were listed as would be shipped Dec 2. It is the 10th and it was just shipped today. I emailed 2-3 times in between these dates and was told it was shipped, but it wasn’t. It’s scheduled to arrive the 14th which is almost 2 full weeks past when it should have been shipped. Once I finally receive the collar, I will add that review too. Received collar on 14th. Cute. The collar would get 5 stars but the service was not good.

I ordered on November 17th and I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED this item. I have emailed jane.com twice without response and have not heard back from the seller with an email I sent yesterday. I will not purchase again.

I would love to give these a better review, but I still have not received them. Order was placed on Nov. 16 and as of Dec. 10th still waiting for them.

I ordered on November 16th and it is now December 10th - and I still haven’t received the product. I reached out to the seller to cancel (since it was taking so long to ship) and she said they were in the mail by December 2nd - but per the tracking it is still processing & still sitting in pre ship category.
