Have yet to receive the collar I purchased. Contacted the seller and they never contacted me back, same with Jane.com support. Pretty disappointed
We responded to customer's email inquiry within 30 minutes of receiving and we are waiting to hear back from this customer. We have advised the customer that we are aware they did not receive the original shipment & that we are happy to ship out a replacement collar within 24 hours. Again, we are waiting for the customer to advise us how they would like to proceed.

I was really disappointed that my roll of toilet paper won't fit! Yes - I buy Mega! I'm a mom! It should fit all sizes - or clearly state regular rolls only.
