Arrived later than the collar. One box was completely botched and poorly made. When customer service was emailed to replace a $8 bow...after $5 shipping, the representative said to ship back for refund?!?! And the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the consumer.
Customer contacted us via email, 4 days ago, asking for a replacement for a defective Bow Tie they received. We responded to email within 24 hours. In our response we advised customer we would ship out a replacement Bow Tie within 24 hours, at no cost, once customer advised us which fabric print they needed a replacement for, as customer ordered 2 Bow Ties. We also advised their was no need to return defective Bow Tie. Now, 5 days have passed and we have not received any communication back from the customer regarding this situation.
