Bought as a gift. Super cute, she loved it! Perfect fit, beautiful color and wonderful quality!

While I understand that there are unforeseen issues, my experience with this seller was less than stellar. I purchased this item on September 28 and had an expected ship date of October 7th. It never shipped by that date and I never received any contact from the seller that it would be late. I emailed the seller directly to ask what was the delay and received no response. Only after reaching out to the Jane customer service rep did I hear from the seller. She then stated that they “received a bad batch of shirts and had to wait to receive new ones.” They finally mailed out my shirt only for it to sit in the shipping department for days. I received it October 16th and was quickly disappointed when I opened it. The “metallic copper” printing is not metallic at all. The black almost feels and looks like acrylic paint. Very disappointing.
