Very thin, not good waterproof material and too small. Not true to size.

Very good quality. Nice and thick and warm. So far I am loving it. Nice to have something cute and stylish to wear when its freezing out!
This doesn't even deserve one star? I received my ear warmers and there were so many stitches out. It looks terrible.
Haven't gotten the product just yet, due to a mailbox thief, but I have no doubt we will love it when our replacement arrives!

The monogram was terrible. You could see the fabric under the stitching. Which you should not be able to see. Have never seen such poor monograming.
Beautiful and warm- monogram is the best touch- my friends have asked me where they can get one too!
