Poppy & Pine truly cares about their customers! I was unhappy with the first monogram that was put on my jacket, because I was not aware that every letter was created to look different. After this was explained to me, I realized that the error was completely my fault. After reaching out to the company, Rachel was more than willing to work with me! She even took the time to digitalize all fonts so I could see exactly what it would look like. Due to her sweet attitude, and patients with me, I will definitely be looking for her sales again. I am so excited to get my new jacket, and can't wait to take it on my trip to Ireland!
