Received the wrong t shirt and can not get anyone to get back to me . Will not order again

Cute shirt, but the shipment is super slow. Still waiting on the other shirt I ordered from the same seller on the same day. At this point, I should be refunded shipping costs at least. I ordered the item 18 days ago!
I ordered a medium and it was very large! It almost looks like a men’s medium. It’s a men’s basic t shirt with writing, the picture was very deceiving.
