I gave 1 star as the company was not helpful. When I realized the order would not arrive in the normal 3-5 days but would take over 2 weeks to ship out, I attempted to cancel my order. It is a Christmas shirt so I had specific events to wear it to that would be missed, as it was taking to long to ship. The excessive shipping time was not listed in the order comments and posted after purchase. Rather than cancel the company shipped my order claiming it was Christmas and they were behind on emails and read mine the day they shipped it. When I asked for a prepaid shipping label I was refused and told I had 14 days to return. Given the cost to ship back and the fact I have three small children to take to the post office at Christmas, I decided it wasn’t worth it to return. I will not purchase from this company again. I would encourage you to try other companies with better shipping. I have never had and issue with a vender on Jane until now.

The t-shirt is true to the picture, soft, and fits perfectly!

So upset with my purchase. I ordered two shirts, they took forever to come in and then one of them had a hole cut in it.

I would not order from this vendor again, not due to the quality, but due to shipping time and customer service if an issue arises. I admit I didn't notice the "ships no later than Dec. 4th. "Ships no later than Dec. 4th" does not mean "will not ship until after Dec 4th." However, to place an order on Nov 19th and not receive the item until Dec 6th is ridiculous. I emailed them on Dec 1st to check the status of my order since it said it was still pending (crazy!), and I received NO REPLY. Customer service is lacking. The shirt is cute and not thin like a slub tee, but not super heavy either. If you do order this shirt or from this vendor, expect it to take a couple of weeks to get, and order a size up. It is too small, but will give it away or shed a few lbs.
