I'm a size 4 and went with the small. I'm 5'6" so I went with the longer skirt so it would hit my calf. Negative- The material is pretty thin.
I really like the look of this skirt. I took the advice of the sizing chart and ordered a large (I wear a size 10, and it was listed as a 10-12), and the waistband is still rather uncomfortably tight. But because I'm crazy about the style, I'm keeping it as a goal skirt for my weightloss journey. :)
